Snow Wraith, "Race to the Edge" series

Time for Snow Wraith, which is the second yet known and described dragon from "Race to the Edge".
I have to admit I'm super satisfied with the shape of the dragon's head, as it's exactly like the one a real Snow Wraith has. What I also enjoy about the dragon is the numerous spikes on its body.
There are wires in Snow Wraith's body, wings and legs.

Dimensions:
Length: 48 cm / 19 inch
Wingspan: 64 cm / 25 inch

New (and old-new) dragons coming soon!

Death Song, "Race to the Edge" series

Here comes a dragon I absolutely fell in love with - Death Song!
The species is beautiful, but also extremely dangerous. It appears in "Race to the Edge" series.

Making the dragon was challenging, especially because of all the details. For pretty much the first time, I used waterproof markers to draw a significant part of details; I wouldn't even try to embroider them.

Dimensions:
Length: 97 cm / 38 inch
Wingspan: 64 cm / 25 inch

Toothless renovation

Welcome again!

After long planning, looking for ideas and finally working, Toothless the Night Fury plushie is now renovated! He was my very first dragon from HTTYD, so obviously not standing up to the skills I have own till now. Besides, the 3 years that have passed have brought some defects. That's why I decided to make some corrections and add new elements. Check out the original Toothless.

Effect: Toothless got new skin, new wings, new tail, new saddle and even new ears, but the only things that remained original are claws and head, including eyes. The eyes were what gave Toothless the personality, so I just couldn't get rid of them.
It was also important to note that Toothless himself has changed between HTTYD and HTTYD2. He gained some additional details and elements of equipment that Hiccup made.

Toothless has got double spikes on the back, longer spikes on legs, bigger hooks upon its head, and of course a new tail and a new saddle. The saddle is made from leather, and so are the spikes and ears. Red tail is stiffed by inflexible wires. What's more, and what turned out accidentally - upper spikes can be split and so doubled, just like the real Alpha Toothless can do.
Renovated Toothless also got flexible wires in wings, spine and legs. That's how I could finally take pictures of Toothless sitting or flying. I hope you enjoy them ^^

See you soon with new Dragons!

Toothless flying! This is absolutely my favourite :D

The wind was strong today, and Toothless was about to really fly away...

Flightmare, "Riders of Berk" series

Today I sewed a Flightmare. Yeah, it took me a mere one day. It was so challenging that I'd been maturing a long time to finally decide to try to sew it.
I didn't predict the flexibility of the material, that's why the Flightmare turned out a little bit obese.
Dimensions:

Length: 49 cm / 19,5 inch
Wingspan: 50 cm / 20 inch

Happy Easter!

Snafflefang, "How to Train Your Dragon 2" movie

Hello!
The last dragon to be done before the winter break is... Snafflefang!
This species has various colors, so I inspired mine with Lump, whom Valka had rescued from Drago's traps. Lump has lost one of his legs, but my Snafflefang has both.
Dimensions: 35cm / 13,7inch long, 51cm / 20inch wingspan.
Enjoy!

Seashocker, "How To Train Your Dragon 2" movie

Hello again!
Last time I really got into sewing dragons, because not many of them remained (only 9, not including dragons that appear in Rise of Berk). Today, it's time for a Seashocker, tidal dragon that appears in How To Train Your Dragon 2
We don't know much about this dragon, except that it can conduct electricity to attack its prey. It has two heads, like Hideous Zippleback.
Dimensions: 62cm/24inch long, 57cm/22inch wingspan.

Boneknapper, "Book of Dragons" and "Legend of the Boneknapper" shorts

Hello!
In the new year I've got something absolutely amazing - the Boneknapper dragon! I started sewing it months ago, I can't even remember when. I got discouraged for some time because of many problems with this dragon, but a few days ago I eventually decided to complete what I once started. Here are the results.

Boneknapper is a very specific dragon. It doesn't have its own armor, not even scales, just skin. It inhabits islands where it can find bones of dead dragons, and collects them to build an armor.
Outer dragon's bones are made from paper-mache, and in fact some of them tend to come off (that's one of the reasons I initially got discouraged). But I didn't give up, I finished all bones and my Boneknapper is now fully armored :D
The dragon also has a set of doubled wires running through its back and legs (no wings), so that it can keep its shape to some degree. Even though the wire is thick, strong and doubled, the dragon is still very heavy.

Dimensions: 83cm / 32inch long, 58cm / 23 inch wingspan.
I hope you enjoy it, because it was a really tough dragon to work on, and according to me the result is absolutely amazing :)

(head is resting on "Dragon 2" movie on DVD, because it was too heavy to stay up by itself)

Jaws can be opened or closed, due to wires inside the body.
