Skrill, "Book Of Dragons"

After Toothless the Night Fury, it's time for another dragon from Strike Class, mentioned in "Book of Dragons" short. Those of you who are really into HTTYD franchise definitely know this one :)

It's all about the Skrill - a dragon that is hard to be spotted. Extremely fast, agile and beautiful dragon that can conduct electricity.

Dismensions: 58 cm / 22,8 inch lenght, 74 cm / 29,1 inch wingspan.

Original Skrill from the short.
And at the bottom, you can see a Skrill figure that I was taking inspiration from. The figure apparently exists, however it's not yet available in stores.

Toothless the Night Fury, "How To Train Your Dragon" movie

Here is the first part of my "How To Train Your Dragon" project.
Toothless the Night Fury - the main character of all movies and series, the dragon trained by Hiccup. It's the only Night Fury ever seen on Berk and the first dragon to be ever trained by a Viking.

Being hunted town, Toothless lost one of two tail fins. Once Hiccup saw it, he decided to help him and thus created a prosthesis of the fin, as the dragon was unable fly with its tail wounded. Fortunately, Hiccup even found a way to make the tail fin controllable by Toothless himself so that he could fly alone. But as a loyal friend, he has never escaped and eventually convinced Hiccup to return to the red tail design.

Dimensions:
Length: 38 cm / 22,8 inch
Wingspan: 58 cm / 22,8 inch
Height: 16 cm / 6,3 inch

It took me about 4 days to make the Night Fury him, however it wasn't until two months later until he got the red tail fin.

Junior Delta

The first member of the airplane fleet of Fanciful Sewings is Junior Delta, a miniature of a Boeing 787 Dreamliner belonging to LOT Polish Airlines wearing the registration number SP-LRD.
The only thing the wings are stiffed with is the regular filling sewn through.
Initially, all the writings were written with a waterproof marker on separate pieces of a fabric glued to the fuselage, but both the marker and the glue turned out not to be waterproof at all. I have got rid of them and embroidered all the writings and details instead.

An iconic picture with Junior Delta and his bigger brother, SP-LRD, at Warsaw Chopin Airport.
